Job Overview

We are hiring a Staff Front End Web Author who can lead projects, stay up to date with evolving technologies, and ensure successful project delivery. This senior role will focus on designing and executing complex experimentation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage content and experimentation. The goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring quality standards, resolving issues, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer to improve tools and solutions and work as a vocal partner with GTM and Marketing teams. They will ensure successful project delivery by driving operational efficiencies, technical execution, documenting processes, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong execution and strategic skills such as excellent documentation, communication, mentorship, coaching, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex web experiences using content management systems
  • Set up and oversee web experience(A/B) testing using Optimizely or other experimentation tools
  • Coordinate QA and other teams for testing, releases, and integration
  • Ensure established quality standards are met
  • Document and track issues and bugs
  • Develop solutions and recommendations for improving the platform and configurations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
  • Identify and problem-solve roadblocks to task completion
  • Help build web standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot site problems and implement fixes
  • Ensure accuracy of product information, content, and images
  • Support E2E initiatives and experimentation
  • Identify QA testing requirements to reduce PD dependencies
  • Oversee and execute web migrations
  • Gather requirements for new platform capabilities
  • Scale teams with process and technology workflow experience
  • Drive executional excellence through documentation, templates, and requirements
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Work occasional off-hours as necessary to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in front-end web development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field of study or equivalent experience
  • Experience with experimentation using both data/segmentation and content to create personalized experiences.
  • Experience with Optimizely or other experimentation solution platforms required.
  • Experience with a Content Management Software platform such as Magneto, Joomla, Adobe and WordPress etc., with strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking to determine the best course to take (component, non-authorable component, or code block) to carry out complex activities or job functions involving new concepts/requirements.
  • Experienced with multiple vehicles, i.e., In-Product Discovery, SaaS, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, and Social and Mobile platforms, as well as Web Properties and Relationship Marketing
  • Extensive experience with web technologies and frameworks, including Angular 2+/React/VueJS/Node/CSS
  • Extensive experience solving cross-browser compatible front-end web experiences with React.js, HTML5, CSS3
  • Awareness of web performance considerations
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of UX, SEO, and other factors that impact web conversions
  • Passionate and curious about finding opportunities for process improvement and technology
  • Flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
  • Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM environment
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to monitor, search, analyze, and visualize machine-generated data in real-time using Splunk; and, capturing, indexing, and correlating real-time data in the searchable container and producing graphs, alerts, dashboards, and visualizations

樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $151,500 - 204,500, Southern California $144,500 - 195,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at .
