We are looking for a strategic and creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join our team as Senior Product Manager 聽and revolutionize the way the world does taxes.
The ProConnect business unit develops awesome customer experiences for accountants and their clients.聽Your work will include building hypotheses to test, leading customer engagements, and experimenting to define key customer benefits and translate them into data-driven, customer-backed priorities for the team.聽
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the customer with customer research, usability studies, experiments, and talking to customers
- Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
- Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize a product backlog to focus on the most impactful customer problems
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
- Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience, analytics, and support to design, build, and launch features that deliver value to our customers and partners
- Build products that deliver great customer experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Demonstrated experience shipping end-to-end customer experiences
- The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and make fast decisions in the face of ambiguity
- Effective influencer and communicator across multiple teams
- The ability to turn data and customer insights into product strategy
- The desire and curiosity to understand and to solve a problem end-to-end
- Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, science, math or a related technical discipline required, MBA a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered
