Job Overview

We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for delivering business outcomes. The role is responsible for stewarding strategic cross-functional initiatives and driving the delivery of

transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned security programs.

Responsibilities

Connect Strategy to Execution

  • Connects external trends and business strategies with our priorities to steer teams focusing on the most impactful work.

Execute with Rigor

  • Applies the appropriate program management methodologies, tools, and skills to develop a detailed work plan, instill an environment of rigor and drive end-to-end execution.

Enable Scale and Velocity

  • Drives continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, developing repeatable frameworks and building capabilities in others. FY25 CyberCRAFT Segment Support Staff TPM

Lead Change

  • Builds strong trust-based teams, develops thoughtful change strategy and exhibits extreme ownership to effectively lead, coach, and influence a cross-functional team.

Technical Domain Expertise

  • Leverages technical domain expertise, has a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies, rapidly onboards to new areas to add immediate value and partners with technical SMEs to deliver on 樱花动漫’s Tech Strategy and Priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of [cybersecurity, working with product development and compliance teams], project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques
  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, SSDLC, architecture, and lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
  • Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred

樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171,500 - 232,000, Southern California $163,500 - 221,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
