Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Staff Business Operations Manager to join our Strategy & Planning team. This key role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technology and finance. The successful candidate will manage the business operations for our Tech for 樱花动漫 (t4i) and CyberSecurity portfolios, including budget management, forecasting, and headcount analysis.

Aside from financial management, as a Staff Business Operations Manager, you will lead projects that influence the integration of technological initiatives and financial planning. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical and financial guidance will be crucial in driving the success of our financials and processes. You will have the opportunity to shape and influence the strategic goals of the organization through meticulous financial analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate budget development and financial analysis across the CISO/CIO org
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, such as finance, t4i, and CyberSecurity, to develop comprehensive and accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Provide expert oversight and guidance on financial modeling, ensuring they reflect and support strategic technology objectives
  • Oversee the successful execution of technology and finance integration projects, maintaining alignment with defined objectives and timelines
  • Analyze current and emerging technical and financial data to support strategic decision-making and adjust plans as needed
  • Facilitate communication between technical experts and financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology sector
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
