Come join the TurboTax Marketing Strategy Team as a Marketing Manager.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will contribute to the development of the go to market plan, working with our partners in design, product, analytics, customer success and research in a highly collaborative and influential role. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and go to market launch experience — having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments crafted to move with velocity.
Responsibilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to integrate a thorough understanding of business priorities into GTM plans, offers, and x-channel execution
- Independently manage strategic projects and resolve complex issues through cross-functional collaboration across advertising, research, analytics, finance, product, and customer success teams
- Execute a holistic, end-to-end offer and discount strategy with velocity to impact both short- and long-term business results Implement plans with velocity and adapt where necessary to ensure success
- Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities and influence product and messaging roadmaps; ensure we’re applying the right level of strategic rigor in decision making
- Develop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe
- Evaluate creative execution and provide constructive feedback to design teams in both advertising and through the end-to-end customer experience
- Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
- Establish metrics for success, inform and interpret A/B test results and drive recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in marketing or product management
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes
- Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, recommendations, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
- Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with strong ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong experience uncovering new qualitative and quantitative customer insights and leveraging deep empathy to drive decisions and influence E2E customer experiences
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience in hypothesis driven testing, test result analysis and making recommendations
Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $113,500 - 154,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
