We are looking for an innovative, data-driven, product marketing leader who will be responsible for identifying new learner pools that will come to intuitacademy.com, and then optimizing the funnel so we successfully increase our pool of highly talented and proficient experts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate end-to-end thinking and have a strong background in product marketing, both in partnering with internal and external organizations to identify sources of learners, as well as driving funnel conversion via the website, and creating an incredible experience that sets a standard for the Tax, Accounting and Bookkeeping industry.

This position will be located in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Audience identification: Understand and codify the attitudes, needs and pain points of learners who would make outstanding experts servicing our customers across our products worldwide. 
  • Own Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy Funnel & Test Plan: Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights plus new technological capabilities to uncover opportunities that can help further improve the intuitacademy.com experience. Improve the intuitacademy.com funnel by focusing on solving the biggest problems and needs for learners interested in growing their skills and advancing their careers at Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ. 
  • Create Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy Personalization Strategy: Create customer journey orchestration and implementation for prospects and existing Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy customers to improve conversion-to-hire
  • Lead Learning & Development Programs for Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy: Manage on-demand training programs, live workshops and conferences, manage a team of specialists focused on website conversion and content, coordinate multiple high impact events in high school and college settings and develop curriculum roadmap to ensure learners are receiving the best in class domain education with ways to provide practice and feedback.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Create and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (communities/institutions/vendors) that source new learner pools and bring them to Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy, including with community colleges and universities to incorporate Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ Academy in curriculum development.

Qualifications

  • Strong creative skillset with an ability to turn deep customer insights into winning positioning, value proposition and messaging/impactful storytelling at every phase of the product life cycle that resonates with the target customer.
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to develop clear hypotheses, execute A/B and multivariate testing and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Proven performance in website optimization, including SEO best practices to drive increased organic site rankings. Technically proficient in tag management, web analytics, and data management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools and experience with eLearning platforms, including understanding of key levers to complete a full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
  • Proven success in content development, incorporating subject matter expert content to design engaging on- demand and live training, and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years in product marketing position
  • Strong project management skills and ability to successfully assess, prioritize and set and manage expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Digital marketing experience a plus

Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $162000 - 219000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
