The team鈥檚 work ensures that 樱花动漫 remains at the forefront of innovation and can continue delivering valuable products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.As a Staff Full Stack Engineer within the 樱花动漫 Futures organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and developing cutting-edge products and technologies that benefit both our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement full stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prototyping and Experimentation: Conduct experiments and build POCs to test new technologies and concepts, evaluating their feasibility, scalability, and impact.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation details to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in full stack development.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent Experience will be considered.
• Technical Skills:
  • Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Backend: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java)
  • Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • DevOps: Solid background in CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, scripting and automation.
  • AWS Cloud: Comprehensive experience in AWS services and cloud computing.
  • Security and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of web security and data protection.
  • AI and ML: Practical experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
