Come join the People & Places Team in Israel as a Senior Performance Partner!

Responsibilities

  • Provides expert human assisted support, partnering closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional P&P leaders to improve, design and launch new programs and processes to create the best experience for employees at 樱花动漫’s high growth tech sites.
  • Coaches managers on performance, conduct, and attendance related cases end-to-end across multiple geographies (India, Israel, UK, Canada and Australia)
  • Builds capability for managers and employees through individual case consultation related to year-round performance and development (e.g. monthly check-in’s, 1:1’s, and year-end conversations)
  • Acts as an escalation point and country subject matter expert, providing support and coaching across the HR Connect team (e.g. channel team) as needed.
  • Contributes to or drives the development of country-specific communications, FAQ’s and digital self-help solutions.
  • Assists the channel support team to identify and route worker welfare situations to the appropriate team.
  • Contributes to HRC recruiting and onboarding efforts.
  • Develops, owns, informs and/or maintains complex internal HR Connect programs/processes (e.g. natural disaster, employee loss process, hardship, etc.) ensuring they are representative of local requirements and needs.
  • Follows playbooks and operational best practices for all case management and case documentation.
  • Analyzes country-specific data and insights to identify key opportunities for continuous improvement, assess options, provide recommendations and influence decisions and outcomes with local stakeholders and partners in service to improving the employee experience.
  • Drives or contributes to team initiatives and People & Places priorities and projects with well-defined outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent
  • 5+ years of performance management or employee relations or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting employees in Israel and one other country.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate verbally and in writing effectively with senior leaders, members of management, and employees at all levels of the company
  • Adaptive critical thinking, judgment and analytical skills
  • Ability to build human connections easily and deep emotional intelligence and objective empathy
  • The ability to see situations from all perspectives and work through performance concerns for the best possible outcomes for everyone involved
