We have an incredible opportunity for a Staff Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will partner with leaders across all of Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ’s business units to deliver top Product and Design talent with speed. You can expect high impact responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, implementing hiring strategy, leading a variety of searches, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and interviewing
  • Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains
  • Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
  • Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
  • Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Partners, Compensation, Onboarding etc to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics with a positive attitude
  • 4+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment; experience recruiting for product management and/or design s is highly preferred
  • Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
  • Utilize market data and insights to help guide talent strategy conversations
  • Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
  • Success in developing inclusive pipelines
  • Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
  • Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $150,500-204,000, Southern California $141,000-191,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
