Job Overview
The Corporate Business Development team is a newly formed function, focused on Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ’s Big Bets, to drive accretive long term growth for Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ through cross company partnerships with our most critical partners. This team ensures Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ has the right access to all data sources from all partners in a reliable way to enable ‘done for you experiences’ across all our products. We work with the world's largest platforms, financial institutions and strategic ISVs to accelerate revenue for Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ via these partners.
Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ is actively seeking a leader with both a strong strategic mind and incredible operational rigor, someone who is able to influence and navigate a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization. This leader will have a significant impact on Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ’s Corporate Business Development goals by providing strategy-to-execution clarity through streamlining processes, tracking progress across multiple initiatives, crafting executive-level communications, and driving results across internal teams and external partnerships to deliver breakthrough customer benefits and material growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the connective link between product, corporate strategy, GTM, legal and finance teams to deliver Corporate Business Development outcomes You will break down silos, foster collaboration x-functionally and ensure an end-to-end approach in both strategy and operational rigor across teams
- Facilitate the sequencing and execution of key cross functional work tracks in alignment with FY25 targets Maintain a detailed understanding of ongoing initiatives across all tracks, through a tight collaboration with a large team of PMOs helping execute this work
- Act as a conduit for leaders to help understand the status on work, risks, and critical issues, while also serving as the primary escalation point on issues/challenges that jeopardize the operation plan
- Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content to be used board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other leadership forums
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (eg Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to ensure that we are thinking holistically across multiple partnership priorities and in line with our Corporate BD strategy
- Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across strategic partnership ecosystem and their connection to Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ strategy
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate decision making, sharing of best practices, and operational excellence at scale
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices at scale across the company
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across technology companies or large organizations, with a preference for SaaS or fintech
- Ownership mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver outcomes
- Experienced change management leader capable of influencing and building trust across a highly cross-functional organization (peers, working teams, and executives) to accelerate outcomes
- Ability to adapt your style to a wide range of stakeholders and situations, and to changing business priorities and environments
- Proven track record in developing critical processes, standard operating procedures, and executive communications
- Experience leading large scale, cross-functional, and complex programs in partnership with a variety of leaders
- Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading and facilitating business reviews with executives and teams
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
- Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
- Strong academic record required MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred
- Some management consulting experience is preferred
