Job Overview

We are looking for someone with a deep passion for People Data to assume ownership over our people data operations at 樱花动漫. This person must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, serving as a SME for various tech transformations to ensure data is appropriately focused on throughout implementation, as well as driving new processes to improve the quality and accessibility of our data. This person will lead cross functional work to build a stronger foundation for our data, including implementing data governance and data quality management programs, in order to evolve people data at 樱花动漫 in order to fuel amazing experiences for our most important asset 鈥� our people.

Responsibilities

• Understand deeply the data challenges and opportunities from HR processes and technologies
• Implement new processes and operation mechanisms in order to build a strong foundation of governance across people data
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and stewards in order to advise and support them in using and creating data
• Deeply understand 樱花动漫’s people strategy and our key people questions and shape people data to be ready for these strategies and questions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR and Tech to implement the 樱花动漫 standards for data governance framework and stewardship
• Design and deliver innovative data solutions and remove roadblocks to ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement across the data foundations
• Identify opportunities to incorporate advanced analytics into how we shape and consume data
• In partnership with Tech teams, identify and implement data control requirements to ensure people data is secure and adheres to 樱花动漫’s data privacy rules
• Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data, security and governance including new tools, technologies, features and concepts

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience, managing, designing and delivering world-class data solutions in HR domain
• Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practice
• Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data
• Ability to present to, in铿倁ence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in varying functions, while managing expectations appropriately
• Responsible for managing project timelines and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule.
• Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex project, from scoping, execution, and delivery of results
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, including AI-powered analytics platforms and SQL databases
• Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way that enables others to intuitively draw out insights and meaningful conclusions
• Possess an orientation for results and excellence, demonstrating conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, and 铿俥xibility
• Effective communicator - ability to articulate clear messages to team members, stakeholders, and vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in business, marketing, data science or a related 铿乪ld Equivalent experience will be considered
