We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Global Workplace Operations Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workplace environments support the needs of our diverse and rapidly growing global workforce. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team that owns end-to-end maintaining and creating a work environment that promotes productivity, engagement, company culture, and well-being for our employees around the world. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in workplace operations, facilities management, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace operations strategy aligned with the Places 3 in 1 year vision and goals with a Day 1 mindset to identify and explore new opportunities to optimize the employee experience and create ef铿乧iencies (within the US)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workplace operations professionals across multiple regions

 Facilities Management/Workplace:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end onsite workplace operations and maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, functionality, and
  • Partner with workplace program managers and lead onsite operations of events, food service/catering, alternative commute/transportation, shipping/receiving, 铿乼ness, regional services, etc
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for facility maintenance, safety, and emergency response including business continuity plans for all facilities globally in partnership with the business and security continuity plans.
  • Develop and maintain a rich database of workplace information and benchmarking for constant reference and guidance in decision making with a mindset of constantly seeking opportunities for ‘best & leading industry practice’

  • Develop and implement a hospitality-oriented, forward-thinking, data-driven workplace strategy focused on enabling the success of the individuals and teams who utilize our spaces.
  • Ensuring that the workplace re铿俥cts our company culture in collaboration with HR, bene铿乼s and other workplace programs to ensure programs and initiatives that support employee well-being create onsite engagement and enhance company culture through workplace activations.

Space Planning and Utilization Partnership:

  • Analyze and optimize space utilization in partnership with space & occupancy to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  • Implement best practices for space utilization, of铿乧e layout, and facility
  • In partnership with space & occupancy, plan and oversee of铿乧e relocations, expansions, and redesigns to support business growth.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as real estate, design & constructions, IT/AV, security, EHS, 铿乶ance, and workplace programs to align operational efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Lead in business strategy with storytelling skills and be able to build effective business
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on operations, risks, and strategic opportunities

Stakeholder Relationship Management and Communication:

  • Partner with local business leaders on business growth plans and workplace requirements as well as at the operational level regarding delivery of services and programs to ensure a positive workplace & facilities experience
  • Own end-to-end scalable process for onsite stakeholder communication and engagement to ensure effective operational management and workplace

 

Sustainability and Innovation:

  • Drive and partner with engineering regarding sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our workplaces
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies and solutions to improve workplace ef铿乧iency and effectiveness 

Budget and Vendor Management:

  • Develop and manage the workplace operating budgets, forecasts and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality for the entire
  • Own and develop detailed plans for service implementations or changes that impact the budget.
  • Own the annual capital planning strategy for existing sites to address appropriate investment in preventative maintenance, including continuous evaluation of asset lifecycle costs & payback

Vendor and Partner Management:

  • Establish, own and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure delivery of high-quality services and materials.
  • Set SLAs, SOPs, and objectives for improving team performance and KPIs for vendor performance management.
  • Conduct QBRs and vendor scorecards ratings to ef铿乧iently manage vendors and report up to management on performance and accomplishments.
  • Lead Outsourced Partner (contractor) strategy, develop and set SLAs, maintain and validate that they are met and managed against the desired outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related 铿乪ld; a master’s degree is a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, or hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing
  • Proven experience managing global workplace operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
  • Ability to travel internationally as well as domestically

樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $182,000-246,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at .
