To help us achieve this, we are seeking a business oriented Senior AI Solutions Manager who will identify, develop and implement AI driven employee experience strategies. This person will own and drive large, complex employee experience opportunities from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery and change management. The ability to connect business value to the AI experiences is critical to the role. We are looking for candidates who have strong product management skills in building user experiences, with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership- align AI initiatives with overall business goals and employee experience metrics
  • Drive and accelerate AI driven employee experiences with a strong focus on continuously measuring and reporting impact
  • Bring alignment between design, data, technologists, Privacy and legal, and HR leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with AI and automation, and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way
  • Strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and continuous learning and advocacy for innovative technologies.
  • Collaborate with user experience team to craft compelling AI use cases that drive business value and translate use cases into detailed requirements and specifications
  • Ability to present complex AI concepts to executives and key stakeholders
  • Drive large, complex employee experience opportunities in the area of AI and Automation from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery and change management in partnership with data and technology partners
  • Expertise in leading AI projects that balance technical requirements with user needs and compliance.
  • Identify clear opportunities, manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities for impact, set initiative goals, establish evaluation criteria, and drive execution.
  • Presentation skills- Develop executive level narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the employee experience initiatives and their connection to strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in startups, strategy and innovation, digital technologies, customer/ employee experience
  • Experience launching complex programs, projects, or related work that include the following: big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
  • Fluent in strategically using AI to deliver magical user experiences with a strong understanding of AI and ML technologies (NLP, Deep Learning and Gen AI)
  • A clear understanding and point of view on how artificial intelligence will change user experiences
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Proven ability to building relationships across diverse groups and successfully influencing stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
  • Highly collaborative team spirit able to take in multiple points of view, synthesize decisions, and communicate outcomes across the organization
  • Artistry and excellence in simplifying complex ideas, identifying risks and dependencies, and delivering for customers within the constraints of technology
  • A love for technology, and an insatiable curiosity for AI to solve real problems

Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500, Southern California $161,500 - 218,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
