Our Mailchimp EMEA team is growing fast, and this is a unique opportunity to join one of the world鈥檚 most loved marketing automations brands as we rapidly expand our Mid-Market segment.

Mailchimp is looking for an Account Executive (Mid-Market) to grow our EMEA business by managing a pipeline of opportunities and developing relationships with current and potential customers in EMEA markets. You will use your experience and communication skills to cultivate relationships with customers, from first contact through the close of the sale. Responsibilities

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Utilize your skills in consistent retention and growth, sales planning, qualifying, and winning opportunities to drive revenue and new customer acquisition.
  • Negotiation and Deal-Making: Clearly communicate the value of 樱花动漫-Mailchimp, handle the sales cycle from qualification, pitching, contract negotiations to closing deals
  • Influence decisions to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Offer competitive insights and the positioning of 樱花动漫- Mailchimp within the ecosystem
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively, aligning them with our goals and deliver the best results for the customer
  • Meet /exceed defined revenue, productivity and quality metrics

Qualifications

  • Successful track record in SaaS or Cloud sales roles, preferably in the MarTech or Ecommerce industry
  • Proven work experience as a New Business Sales Consultant, Account Executive, or similar role
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Experienced in building and managing a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Ability to accurately forecast your sales pipeline with a high degree of consistency
  • Experience working in the UK market and other European markets outside of the UK
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Business Acumen: Commercial awareness and business acumen in deal-making and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to thrive with ambiguity
  • Open to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve results
