Come join the 樱花动漫 Data Exchange (IDX) team as part of the 樱花动漫 as a Software Engineer. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionise the way the world does business

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different 樱花动漫 Product and functional teams, understand the needs and expectation on Identity Platform and bring shared vision on the road map, architecture and the timeline
• Build high performing teams to execute on platforms road map and ensure the subsequent adoption
• Decisions on engineering in consensus with the architect to scale Identity platform as per the expectations of customer and leaders
• Project Management. Balance long and short. Balance between Customer adoption and accumulation of Technical Debt. Shared vision on timelines and priorities. Project and resource planning to execute on the Identity Platform Roadmap
• Embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers.
• Leader for the team. Responsible and accountable for the employee engagement with the company and the project
• Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance).

Qualifications

• Product and technology leader

• 7+ years experience as an established Leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• 5 + Experience in leading high available java based platforms/services
• 6+ years experience of programming/designing in Java
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
• Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience of large scale, resilient systems
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience
