Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software product delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in leading the design and implementation of scalable and distributed platforms.
• Proven ability to operate at various levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, and technical design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading positive change, empowering teams, and driving product technology visions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for staying at the forefront of technology.
• Expertise in leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to systematically identify and resolve underlying issues causing incidents.
• Proficient in cloud cost optimization techniques to ensure efficient resource usage.
