Job Overview

Come join Go-To-Market Technology (GTM Tech) Platform team as a "Group Manager, Business Operations". We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovating and for revolutionizing the way 樱花动漫 does business. About the GTM Tech Business Operations Team: Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the 樱花动漫 ecosystem and operate within the GTM Tech organization.

As a Group Manager, Business Operations on the team, you will be enabling teams to align on processes, execute, function with speed and agility. The go-to-market team at 樱花动漫 is responsible to monetize, retain and attract customers for industry leading 樱花动漫 products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and MailChimp. We are looking for candidates who have strong Business Operations experience, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining operational mechanisms for GTM Tech teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance and other partner teams to ensure GTM Tech teams are plugged into relevant operational mechanisms.
  • Supporting the Director of PMO and BizOps, and GTM Tech leadership team, by ensuring operational mechanisms are optimized, executed, and documented.
  • Working closely with comms to create and implement an effective comms strategy and voice, and developing presentation assets with the support of the comms team.
  • Partnering with Finance and Procurement to develop and monitor a holistic view of GTM Tech teams' spend and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Coordinating 3/1 year planning efforts.
  • Overseeing team-wide initiatives, such as diverse vendor spending, cross-functional priorities, etc
  • Supporting ad hoc and unexpected cross-functional projects.
  • Developing and continuously refine GTM Tech team processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
